Each contact carries verified information on stage, sector, geography, check size, and recent investment activity. We do not aggregate from 30 random data sources and hope the matches stick. The database is curated, not scraped.

What does "1 run" mean?

A run is one execution of the CapitalDart pipeline against one deal. Upload your deck, set a target number of investors (10 to 250), choose whether to include the Investor Readiness Report, and run. The pipeline finishes in 15 to 25 minutes and delivers a sorted, scored list of matched institutional contacts with personalized email and LinkedIn outreach for each. Pricing is credit-based. The Starter tier ($500) includes 100 credits and 3 runs. Each 100-investor run consumes 20 credits, and the IRR adds 20 credits.

Can I try it before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every account gets one free run on signup so you can see the matched investor list, the Investor Readiness Report, and the outreach drafts before paying. No credit card required. If the output is not useful, you walk away. We do not believe in vanity free tiers that give you watered-down outputs. The free run is the same product paying customers get.

Can I send the outreach from my own email?

Yes. CapitalDart drafts the outreach in your voice and exports as an Excel file with all the email and LinkedIn copy ready to send. Click a send button on any contact and your default email client opens with the subject and body prefilled. Send from Gmail, Outlook, or whatever you use. We do not integrate bulk email send or open/click tracking inside the product on purpose. Outreach goes out from your inbox, which keeps deliverability high and your investor relationships under your direct control. Mass generic emails are a sure way to get ignored.
